Preferred File Format
.tif / .jpg / .psd / .eps / .pdf / .ai. Large or multiple files may be zipped.
(We do accept files from MS Publisher, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc. Be advised that to prepare these files for print may involve modifications and include a setup charge).

- Resolution
We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for all raster images, for optimized printing quality. Web-based images are either 72 or 96 dpi, which is too low a resolution for printing purposes, and therefore their use is generally not recommended.
- Colour
All full color print artwork or images must be provided in CYMK.
- Fonts
Fonts must be embedded in .pdf files. Fonts must be outlined or converted to paths/curves. Embed all images.
- Bleed
It is the portion of the card that will be trimmed off when cut to the final size. The purpose of a bleed is to continue a color, image or design to the edge of the card. Allow 1/4” for trimming purposes.
- Borders
If used, allow 1/16” cutting tolerance around the card. Borders may appear uneven due to shifting during the printing process and are not recommended.
- Proofing
We provide proofing in digital format. Note: colours on your monitor may differ from the printed piece due to individual monitor settings.
